What to eat after flu and period combined?

So lucky me both had a bad flu and then my period. I'm now skinny, pame, nauseous, fatigued, lifeless, short of breath, dizzy, depressed. What should I eat to recover? Please don't say meat or eggs cause I think I am going to vomit. Would berries and juice help?

You shouldn't be eating foods like that right now. Water would be better then juice to keep you hydrated, clear vegan or vegetable soups may also help, with chicken broth or veggie broth. Try some saltine crackers and some ginger tea for the nausea. Also try to rest as much as possible until you feel better. Get some gravol as well.

At least you didn't have them at the same time. I did,  I had cramps and vomiting at the same time 🤢 🙄.

    Hope you feel  better.

Pay attention to what your stomach says.  If it says no, don't eat.

Drink water or juice or even soda pop - or Pedialyte or a sports drink.  You may need a little extra salt to get you going.  But pay attention to what your stomach says.

You won't starve in a few days.  But you need fluids.  When your stomach is ready for food, it will tell you.

You will not die from skipping a few meals. Wait a couple of days, then start to eat normally again.
