Isnt bullying free speech? In context to religious or non religious background, or political background?

Since its easy to ridicule. But all it does it, it makes a vaccuum of empty space that is done when humans are under heavy pressure. Either to try to convince other humans of why they should listen to you on a lower demeaner way of communicating, or just to raise yourself up. Often its tied to the ammount of pressure one is in. One never or usually never bullies if one isnt under an insane lot of pressure
