No because even eco-terrorists use carbon fueled vehicles,airplanes and all their clothes and food is made by using carbon in some way .
If you want to lower power use or carbon use it has to start from the bottom up ,not by edicts from governments.

I just had 2 flights to Colorado canceled due to snow. Some warmer weather sounds like it would be a good thing.
