Would fritos go great with onion rings for a burger?

Sure, if you don't have any New dental work. 

It's too much of the same in my opinion. 

I would do a side salad or a veggie personally. Or mac & cheese always goes well with burgers - though it's a lot of heavy carbs.

Burgers have lots of carbs already so why add more on the side? If the burger isn't enough, load it with greens, tomatoes, onions and lots of bacon strips!

Do you mean fries?, they are a usual side for burger & onion rings.

If you are at home try a green vegetable (broccoli with butter and salt, green beans) as a side dish. Doubt that a fast food restaurant would have it but a sit-down restaurant might.
