The idea of daylight savings time is ridiculous.   Changing the clock doesn’t alter the hours of light in a day.  It’s an archaic system that all states should abandon as Arizona has.

Here in AZ we don't change the clocks.

It went ahead one hour at 2 am this morning.

It was implemented for farmers families in regard of federal schools, along with conservering power sources

It is outdated and announce 

One more hour of daylight.

I know and it makes zero sense.

Hate to break it to you, but you're already an hour behind. It changed last night.

Don't know why we still do it. Although the extra hour when it falls back in the fall is nice.

the point is to mess up people's bio-rhythm.

The official excuse is "saving energy"
