What if I'm an American getting imprisoned in a foreign country and....? ?

I wanted to pick a fight with a foreigner because I think Americans are way tougher than every other foreign inmates?

    If you are lucky, you will be temporarily transferred to the medical ward.

    If you are not so lucky, the medical ward won't be able to help.
