Did anyone hear plant noise on the 03/15 FL plane crash video?

Do you mean where the plane hit a car?  I think the plane stalled just before crashing.  As the planes stall they often tend to drop a wing and go into a roll.  The proper stall recovery technique is add power and trade altitude for airspeed.  With the engine out and no altitude it looks like they run out of airspeed. 

Edit:  If the engine cut out mid-flight (and it does happen) you wouldn't hear the engine noise.  Looks like they were trying to stretch the glide a little too far and came up about 50 feet too short.  The plane came to rest on what looked like an airport perimeter fence.
