Are foreign prisons wimps compared to the US?

You might have a very hard time doing that.

The average Foreign prison makes US Maximum Security prisons look like Disney Land.

Try a Japanese prison. On day 30 all orders from the guards are given in Japanese only, failure to obey is a beating. Meals consist of rice with an occasional sliver of fish.

Average foreign prisoner stays in prison for 5 years just awaiting trial and unlike the US that time does not count against your sentence. Things may have gotten better but when I lived in Japan the average life span of a westerner sent to prison was 4 years.

Or you could go to just a city jail in the Philippines,  unless you have some one on the outside to pay for your meals you don't eat.

It will take you about 15 minutes to learn you are DEAD WRONG.

I have read the Swiss have the best system of prisons. It looks a lot like a U.S. studio apartment with bars. TV etc., including cable. 

If you are foolish enough to try then you will be in for a shock as prisons in many countries make US prisons look like country clubs in comparison.

Turkey and Mexico both have a bad reputation when it comes to prisons.

But there are some that are even worse than they are including North Korea where you would be used as slave labor while only being fed occasionally.

You appear to be fixated on two things - foreign prisons and a foot fetish.  Yes, foreign prisoners are wimps. I'd suggest that you go to a foreign country and teach those wimps a lesson.  I'll help pay for the trip.

Try Russian Prisons.
