Is me being hungrier going to result in a growth spurt as a 19 year old who only grew a bit when I was little?

I'm 19 and for most my life I used to eat very little, was told I don't eat enough, kids size as a teen, suddenly I can't stop eating, I'm eating almost every hour a big meal or set of meals, I'm not fat, very skinny and don't have or had food disorders. I grew when I was 13 but not a lot, enough to be average height 1.7> <1.8m. Is me being really peckish, eating 2x the amount of meals my family eats going to result in me having a growth spurt, wouldn't mind hehheh?

You're an adult man, but may continue to gain height until around age 21 (just depends). Gaining muscle may also cause appetite to increase, as your body is telling you that you need more fuel to keep it going.

No, not necessarily.  IF the growth plates in your bones are still open -- and they could be -- you still have the potential to grow taller.  If those plates are fused, your bones can't grow longer and you can't grow taller.

Increased appetite can signal that your body is preparing for something, or it could just mean you're overeating.
