If someone have an interest in being a dictator, does that say anything about that personality or not

Anything we encounter helps build our personalities & character. A person who wants to be a dictator is already a dictator. It shows in their personality. They are pretty much already dictators. They have a strong tendency to dictate to others so they are already a dictator. Quite obvious.
