Was it ok for Governor Cuomo to hit on younger women or is God the only one who can have sex with an underage teenager (Mary)?

the definition of 'underage' is specific to the society.  2000 years ago, 16 likely was plenty old enough and 14 maybe was as well.

after that whole  Mary/God rape lawsuit, Israel raised their legal age of consent to 16 years old.

according to christian mythology Mary didn’t consent she just woke up pregnant.

If she consented it would make her an adulterer and she would have been executed.
