why do i get mad so much/ so fast?

when ever i talk to someone and they say something i don't like or something that  triggers me i get irritated and i want to punch a wall and kill myself.

Update:

any help on how to fix that bc i cant deal with being so mad anymore.

    Either get help or you will end up in jail or dead with this behavior!

    you dont have the fear of the Lord in your life! the bible says to control anger! but there is no progress without acknowledging the Lord Jesus Christ to cure you of these things buddy Good luck my man

    controlling behaviour you can't control what anyone says only ur own actions and how u choose to react. this is all in ur hands not theirs.
