Why are governments on continents with harsh climates I'll say more tyrannical?
I mean do the harsher climates dictate what type of party rules the area. Or is it coincidental that harsh governments rule in harsh climates?

So not true! The governments of the Scandinavian countries, for example, are more democratic and socialist than many others.
