Is it OK to skip workout for 3 to 4 days.? Cuz I'm having diarrhea and fever and I don't wana stop workout ?

    Please do not workout while u feel sick, a short break is fine . You will get better and come back even better. I hope you recover soon. Good luck

    FEVER U DO NOT WORKOUT! DIARRHEA YOU DO NOT WORKOUT!!!!

    WHY DO PEOPLE NOT KNOW THIS OR UNDERSTAND THIS.

    Colds ok to workout. Fever and Flu NOT OK TO WORKOUT.

    DIARRHEA AND WORKOUT IS DANGEROUS. U do realize you have to replace fluids and diarrhea is causing fluids to be removed in massive amounts from your body causing dehydration.

    Yes it will hinder your gains.

    BTW I SUSPECT TROLL OR BOT either way your not too bright if you workout and have fever.

    A short break isn't going to harm your progress. 

    You know what will harm you?  Crapping your pants while working out.  Stay out of the gym with diarrhea.
