Is it possible for the people in East Europe to buy anything on the internet?

Do you happen to know about the shipping cost how much it is from Amazon Germany? It changes depending on the size though.

    Yes, you can shop from Romania.

    Since Romania is in the EU, I suggest that you shop at the German Amazon: amazon.de - this way your package will go straight through customs without handling fees etc.
