Should a healthy snacks list include Angel Food Cake, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, and fat free pudding if you’re trying to lose weight?
This list also includes frozen juice bars, baked chips, unsalted crackers, low fat or fat free cookies and Jello

No too much processed foods and loads of sugar and salt. There is really nothing of nutritional value. U have NO FIBER, PROTEIN. You have bad carbs and no good fats/oils. It IS JUNK FOOD AND NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE. You might hit your SO CALLED CALORIE mark but you are CONSUMING GARBAGE.

Uuh, no. It should include natural whole foods like fruit, vegetables, or nuts. Ironically "fat free" foods are not good for those trying to lose weight (because there is often added sugar). Anything that comes in a brightly coloured plastic package or box is usually bad for you. And eating some fat is not actually bad for you, it's being fat that is (people often get that part confused). Nuts for example are relatively high in fat but are a very healthy snack.
