Do foreign prisons fight like US prisons?

That's why I say US prisons are hardcore

    Prisons are buildings; therefore, they don't/can't fight.

    Foreign prisoners have a lot less rights. Those who check in there usually do not come out alive.

    There is much more lawlessness in foreign prisons  in countries that are poor. 

    The guards are fewer, poorly trained, poorly paid, making them susceptible to bribery. 

    In many nations inmate on inmate violence goes virtually unchecked. Sometime the guards hold the wager slips on the bets of who will win various fights.

    No.  Prisons in places like Panama, Colombia and Somalia are much more peaceful.
