Apps to help with panic attacks?

I suffer from panic attacks and was wondering if there are any good apps that I can use while I am having a panic attack to help calm myself down. I have tried a few and only one has helped. I have an android phone.

I can tell you about apps that might help with anxiety, but if you want advice specifically about panic attacks, see this answer, which has information about CBT, including CBT self-help, a video with the breathing recommend for panic by a therapist, CART (a biofeedback method that reinforces slow, shallow breathing), and interoceptive exposure. About interoceptive, this is basically self-help but should be done after consulting with a doctor.

Although mindfulness apps have not been studied scientifically, they are very popular. The two most popular are Headspace and Calm. They have monthly fees but they have features that can be used for free. A review says his favorite is Mindful Life Project, with is easy to use and free.
