Can you identify this female animated character? Is this OK for a children's book or show.?

    Children like to laugh at silly looking people. I would not encourage that, because they will think it's okay to laugh at and belittle people who are not good looking.

    Your character has red eyes, crossed eyes and dripping blood red mascara. She looks like a zombie monster airhead. If that is the effect you wanted, you've got it.

    But appearance is of little value in a story. What about her character? What does she do in your book?

    You should ask this question in the category dedicated to artwork and illustrations.

    Never seen it before, and never want to again.  She has no character, eyebrows in her hair, a mouth on the side of her face, red eyes and runny red mascara.  She's hideous.
