Actually it was Trump who destroyed relationships with everyone. NATO allies didn't trust Trump.

Right - relations with China were great under Trump - calling COVID China Virus really helped.   We had high tariffs and Naval scuffling as well.  

Russia - I guess it helped that Trump was on his knees.
