I was just reading about her this morning, she is living in California with her partner Orlando Bloom and their new baby daughter. It does say that she is still recording songs, but I do not know anything about harassment charges.

She’s still around. She’s a judge on American Idol and recently had a baby. I don’t keep up with her music but as far as I know she’s still making music.
