Could other species still evolve on Earth to become sentient beings?

Suppose 100,000 years into the future, could other species evolve to be as intelligent as humans such as other apes and dogs? Especially when you consider their regular interactions with humans and our technology couldn't they someday become smart like us?

100,000 years? It's been over fifty million, and only one species has a written language.
