why are all of the Cedar Fair amusement parks peanuts themed?
the whole park isn't peanuts themed obviously but all of them have peanuts themed. (charlie brown)

they own the rights to them when they purchased Knotts Berry Farm. Its kind of like six flags and looney toons when the bought great America in Gurnee.

The kids' sections of those parks are Peanuts themed because Cedar Fair has a licensing agreement with Peanuts. The Six Flags parks have similar agreements with DC Comics and Warner Bros, which is why you see rides and park areas with those themes at those parks.
