Which country in the world is the most different between North and South ?

    Korea, France, United States of America and New Zealand.

    China would be one since it is so large that the practices are similar but how they practice communism is different.

    Different in what way?

    Italy- affluent, industrial north; poor, agricultural south.

    France- cities, trains, apples in the north; beaches, laid-back lifestyle in the south

    The US.  Can't get much different than Arctic ice and tropical islands.
