Has quitting games such as PlayStation etc  improved your life ?

    No it hasn’t. 

    I did quit playing video games more or less a while back but i wasn’t anymore or less happier or depressed or improved my life at all. 

    All it did was force me to realize I had a heck of a lot more free time on my hands than I realized. Sure, I could’ve use that realization to go do something productive but still.....

    I was hoping things would get better when I quit a game that was sucking all my time but another addiction just took its place. Still fighting.
