specifically for practicing and finding employment in corporate or tax law which state would be better, Florida or Georgia?

    Georgia would be better, it is about supply and demand.

    Most likely there would be more openings in the tax field in Georgia, in that Georgia has a state income tax while Florida does not. From what I know about corporate law in each state they are very similar. And they are fairly equal as corporate headquarters.
