Yes if you replace all four. The handling will be affected by just one odd tyre.

This is an acceptable swap. You speedometer will however read about 2 mph slow. The best swap you could go with would be 215/60-14. It is almost exactly the same diameter as the OEM tires. Using that size will put more rubber on the road as it is 1.2" wider.

Rims are 14" dia x some number of inches wide. The current tire size is 185/70x14. Yes the 195/70x14 tires will fit.

Most likely an extra 10mm width will not interfere with the suspension or rub on the struts. The tire will be slightly taller, too, and give you a tiny bit more miles per gallon.

According to my info the stock rim is a 14x6.

The working range in width for a 195/70 14 tire ranges from 5 to 6.5 inches.

Be advised the 195/70 tire rotates 842 times per mile. The 185/70 tire rotates 861 times per mile. Which means that you will be going about 2% faster then indicated. Which should not translate into a speeding ticket, but might if you are pushing the limits.
