Is Louisiana the last bastion of (white) French culture?

I don't know of France or Belgium, but Quebec is completely dominated by Chinese and black people these days. All the white people moved to Alberta and Ontario.

Anyway, Louisiana is all pink-skinned blue-eyed Cajuns who speak French with pride and wrestle alligators. New Orleans is what Montreal, Quebec City, Paris and Brussels all used to look like once.
