Newborn acts like she has been breast fed before?

Lady, it is HUMAN NATURE for a baby to seek breast milk.

Just like ANY newborn in nature who drinks breast milk.

If you have a ball thrown at your face for the first time, your natural reaction would be to protect your face, right? Right. No one has to show you how to do that because it is a natural and instinctive action. Just like a baby looking for breast milk, It's instinctual.

It is an innate reaction in all mammals to seek their mother’s breast.  This is the best food for the baby if mother can provide it.

Your newborn will nurse about 8 to 12 times per day during the first weeks of life. In the beginning, mothers may want to try nursing 10–15 minutes on each breast, then adjust the time as necessary. Breastfeeding should be on demand (when your baby is hungry), which is generally every 1–3 hours.

It's an instinctual reflex. No one really teaches a baby how to eat. Kind of like no one teaches babies how to breath. It's involuntary. You don't have to think about it.

If you rub a finger along her cheek, and that same side of her mouth...she should root for a nipple.

That is perfectly normal infant behavior.

Humans have strong instincts to survive.  Infants know they need a breast to eat.   This is innate, not learned. 

What IS learned is babies getting excited about seeing a bottle.   There are zero infants born who know what a bottle is, care what a bottle is, etc.  Bottles are not on their radar because that is not a natural way for them to be nourished or comforted.

It's called "rooting" and is natural, normal behavior in all healthy newborns.  

It's in them all babies do it.

This isn't strange behaviour, it's how babies are. They are supposed to instinctively look to be breast fed -- rooting for a nipple, etc.
