What’s with my hamster?
I have had my Syrian for a year now I have been giving his toys food and treats and bedding all the same and I have a large bin cage for him and recently he started escaping. He has escape about 3 times now. This most recent time he was gone for about two days and I recently found him back in his cage saw how we was getting out and fixed it. How can I fix this behavior and make him more comfortable in his home? Also is this a normal thing?

That's what all hamsters do: try to escape. Why not look up Syrian hamsters in the wild, where do they live, what kind of land do they live in, what are their habits with denning, sleeping, foraging... then try to duplicate that somehow as best you can. I think allieviating boredom would help, and foraging for food is one way to do that. Make his home as complex and as interesting to him in his hamster way as you can. Be creative. Different levels, lots of hiding places, sleeping place, etc.
