Why do liberals blame the weapon and not the person behind it?

They do blame the shooter, if they can claim he is Republican or a Trump supporter.

If he is Muslim or black, then they blame the gun and Republicans and Trump for making the shooter KILL, KILL, KILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because the voices in your head say so. FYI, none of these mass shooting cowards would have the guts to go outside at all, if not for their guns. After all, they are helpless as a new born without them, based on the posts on this forum.

We saw what happened back in January when traitor Republicans tried to overthrow a government they didn't like. It didn't end too well for them.

We don't.  But, we do think we should put some common sense regulations in place to keep crazy people from getting guns so easily.  I have inherited over 30 guns from relatives (19 from my grandma alone).  I am bipolar and have no business having a gun, but I'm armed to the teeth despite never purchasing a gun.  We clearly have a gun problem. 

The reality is that the US is the only country where this regularly happens. We need to do something. 

Also, acting like the government is threatened by your AR-15 is just a pathetic power fantasy.
