Online Bullying?

How do people handle online bullying and targeting and what help is there available? 

Update:

When your answers are targeted and removed even though there is nothing offensive in them, just ordinary answers. Every answer you give to different posts are removed symmetrically for no reason. 

Update 2:

BTW this did not happen on Yahoo.

    Define "Bullying" since making a FACTUAL and TRUTHFUL statement can be misconstrued as "Bullying" by Propagandist who are simply trying to use CENSORSHIP to shut people up from speaking FACTUAL TRUTHS...
