In "Signs" in the movie's first morning, were there aliens in the fields or were they in their ships hovering?
Now I know the recruiter implied that they were doing reconnaissance, but the way the father and his brother run through the cornfield to get Morgan and Bo makes it seem the field was alien-free and that if they were anywhere it was in the ships. It seemed like a fine morning minus the crop circles.
