Arm breaks while arm wrestling?? ?
I want to be a arm wrestler and I'm working on my forearms and arm strength in gym. My bones and arms are strong but I know and seen alot people breaking their arms during arm wrestling even if there arms and biceps are big and strong. It's scaring me alot. Should I kill my dream. Because its really scary even in videos.. What should I do?
