Context:
On Day 2 of the trial, please wear the lipstick for at least 12 hours.
Do not re-apply / touch up as you wear.
Apply as you usually wouldvPlease dispose of as you would your usual product

Disposal is to be made in a manner that the Authorities may not recover the used product to use for acquiring DNA evidence nor product for comparison as evidence.

I suppose this is a trial of a new lipstick.We don't know what the person had to do on Day 1, but on Day 2 they are to put the lipstick on in the usual way, and keep it on for at least 12 hours.
The lipstick sample (it probably isn't a whole new lipstick but a miniature, "test" size) should be disposed of - thrown away - in the same way you throw away your usual lipsticks.In other words, they don't expect you to use this trial sample again.
