why da hell would u need a vaccine if u live in remote village of yukon canada?

For the same reasons people in remote villages of India and Africa needed small pox and polio vaccines. 

Unless nobody in your village visits the outside world and nobody from the outside ever visits your village, there's a chance the virus could infect your village. 

Brian mentioned the low case fatality rate, but that's only with adequate medical care. As we saw during the waves in the US, when ICU capacity maxed out, the case fatality rate increased. That's the main reason for the lockdowns; they kept our hospitals from being overwhelmed so the inevitable infections could be treated. 

In a remote village, an outbreak would quickly overwhelm what little capacity their healthcare system has. The village could be literally decimated. That's why vaccinations are necessary even in remote villages. The risk of an outbreak may be lower than in more populated areas, but an outbreak would be significantly more devastating. 

Good question and who decided to tell all these secluded people about covid in the first place?

Covid carrier comes into Yukon to deliver mail and other supplies, and you come in contact with him.  After one week, you die because you didn't have the vaccine.  It's not complicated.

If the virus shows up in that village or another town you go to for groceries or whatever, then you'd be far safer if you got exposed to the virus.  You could just wear a mask for the next year or so...but a vaccine is a good way to be safer without having to be perfect in mask wearing for a year.

You wouldn't, unless you are not also 100% self-reliant, because products come from all over the world and services are provided by people who can travel literally anywhere on earth and back in 24 hours. Being 'isolated' isn't safe unless it is true isolation. That requires 100% self-reliance and a private system that already has everything you need to live.
