Creatine need help?

I’m wanting to start taking creatine when gyms reopen on the 27th of April I’m thinking of doing a loading week where I take 10g of creatine 1 hour after and before a workout then afterwards for 7 more weeks I would take 3 - 5 g of creatine most likely 5g everyday and thinking about taking a two week break afterwards but what I’m wanting to know is that when I finished taking a break would I need to do a loading phase agian or just go straight back to 3 - 5 grams
