, Article 1, Section 1, Line 1 clearly states “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States...". Given his already unconstitutional abuse of Executive Orders, more than any previous Oval Office occupier, and his threat to use another to infringe on the rights GUARANTEED by the Second Amendment, isn't it time chairman biden be removed from office for his total disregard for the LIMITS on his authority?

In any case, he'd be more believable as POTUS if he didn't need to ask "what am I signing?" every time he puts pen to paper.
