Should I get another Chihuahua?
I have 7 dogs already, not including my three guard dogs (two Rottweilers and a Doberman). I already have one Chihuahua and she is so SWEET. I have a lot of room in my house and I'm thinking of buying this one Chihuahua named Raindrop who's a silvery gray and she's super quiet, despite the fact she's a Chihuahua! I must be super lucky with my Chihuahuas. Raindrop has already met my dogs and my cats and the only pet she doesn't really like is one of my parrots, Sky. Should I adopt her? Adoption fee is 70 bucks.
I am going to give Raindrop to my friend Kari. I'm at the limit by Animal Control right now, 11 pets for my house.

That is totally up to you. Sounds like you may have too many animals according to Animal Control. Zoning sets the limit as to how many animals can live in one household. Check the animal ordinances to see how many animals you can have. Where I live, I am limited to only 5 animals in total. If you have more animals than they allow, they will force you to choose which animals you want to get rid of. They can even come take them away. I been there & I couldn't choose which ones & had to let go of.
