    It means it’s not for broadcast.

    If you want a licence to broadcast it, you need to contact Brett Adair, at Live Storms Media.

    If you repeat the message without buying license to it you will be sued.  Violation of "copyrights" notice.

    Means you need to obtain a release from the person specified. There is probably a copyright issue.
