if a man is circumcised, can he grow a foreskin again at some point in his life if he wants too?

    If he keeps it out of the cold,waters it daily,uses high grade fertilizer,it'll grow to be an even stronger foreskin than at birth.Try not to get it festered though!

    NO!  Once the foreskin is removed it is gone for good (in both senses of that word)

    No, he will never be able to regrow foreskin that was removed via circumcision.

    He can however stretch out his remaining foreskin using stretching exercises to give himself the semblance of having a foreskin, but his results will vary depending upon how much of a foreskin he has left to start with as well as his commitment in performing said exercises.

    If he is interested in perusing such a goal, he should speak to his doctor as well as searching out the many websites dedicated to this goal.

    No, but some people try to stretch the remaining skin to form a new sheath, this to me indicates a  mental health issue.
