Can you actually become blind in one eye if you have a lazy eye?

The term, "lazy eye" refers to an eye that does not see as well because the brain does not process images from that eye. People use the term to describe a lot of other things but what I stated above is how eye care professionals use the term. If you have a lazy eye, the vision in that eye is unlikely to become better or worse once you are past about age 12. Obviously something else could happen to the eye to make vision worse.
