I recently got rid of a large chunk of my family's pet hoard. My mom said i make her life harder and sister is heartbroken and threateningme?

Im in a very large family. Mine plus stepdad and kids. We had over 70 pets, not counting **** like fish or hamsters, mostly cats and dogs. Cousins gave us ferrets, guinea pigs, a snake and 2 cats when they got sick of them. No one ever cleaned up after them, they werent allowed outside anymore after the massive blowup my autistic sister had when feral cats from our wooded yard killed a kitten. They werent fed enough, they depended on food scabs, were always waiting to snatch cat ****. Most did not get along. They kept having babies and sex despite us trying to keeping the sexes on separate sides of the house/rooms and separating them when sex. finally confessed this to my grandparents. They are animal hoarders too, worse than us but have a ranch and feed them all enough since my grandma has nothing to do. I asked her is she wanted any, she said i still do. my mom would never let me get rid of any. She went away recently for 2 days. I waited until the most people possible were gone/sleeping, loaded pets in my bedroom then when I had as many as possible loaded them in my car. They made so many nasty noises fighting during the drive and **** and pissed in my car but it was worth it. I got rid of like 12 dogs, 31 cats, 8 guinea nigs, 4 ferrets, 6 turtles etc . My sister exploded crying saying shes gonna kill herself or call the cops among other things. Ive just been staying in my room. Idk what to do. Did their house instead of shelters so we can visit and shelter didnt want any.

Just as boring and cruel as ever.  Of course, if you were old enough, smart enough or licensed to drive I might want to think differently.

so you stole animals that are not yours and got rid of them. Your parents can not only have you aressted they can have all manner of charges brought against you

They need to call the cops on you. You had no right to do that. You should had called ac and adult protective services.

Since the shelter didn't want any of them, what did you do with them?

Tell your parents and sister that those animals were suffering horrible lives and you did the right thing by getting rid of them. Tell them that it is illegal to have that many pets.

These are are all statements of fact (if true) or part of a story you've concocted, but nowhere is there an actual question.  If this situation did present itself & was handled in this way, then you did the best you could.  The animals will be better off (hopefully, - if at least fed adequately and vetted & fixed).  Ideally a shelter or animal rescue should have taken them but if they would not, you found a home, of sorts. But (IMO) they are not really much better off emotionally or as to safety - as they would be if adopted out to homes, singly or in pairs.

This was called "an intervention" and is part of what happens in many hoarding situations - where a person or tenant does not ever throw anything away or.... keeps too many pets, they cannot adequately care for.  Usually, authorities have to be called in & in the case of both types of hoarding (stuff or pets) unsanitary conditions need to be dealt with, not to mention counseling for whomever the HOARDER is, since this is a form of mental illness (and/or a type of coping when the hoarder cannot control what has happened in their life - often a death, or major personal loss).

I hope YOU (plural) will be happier & healthier but only if you prevent more pets from coming back in, or what you still have, from breeding. Most shelters do offer cheap spay/neuter surgeries for pets, if asked.

Hoarding animals is not HEALTHY or normal behavior.  Feel free to tell your mother - that.  Frankly, I think Social Services still needs to be contacted if you or your sister are not legal adults and are expected to live in unsanitary conditions.  Removing the pets, does not make for a clean house, until or unless a deep thorough cleaning is done and then is maintained.
