Will Romford ever get Gentrified?
I'm hoping it doesn't' as it seems everything from East Ham eastwards has a level of resistance against hipsters and Clapham Common Middle Class horde. I would think that the working class and migrant class in Romford would have strong resistance if they tried to bring Gentrification to Romford.

Gentrification only comes to places that hit rock bottom - part of the cycle of change. If things just stay fair to middling they don't go down far enough to come up again.
