Sounds like she doesn't trust you, perhaps, to be single? Who knows what she's thinking. But how could she be "using" you when she's threatening to not be your friend? This sounds like a poor beginning to any relationship, in any case. I wonder why this is so important to her...I wouldn't trust her. But if you refused to tell her where you lived, perhaps I wouldn't trust you, either.
