World War 3. China, Iran, and North Korea V.S. USA, India, South Korea, and Japan who would win?

Also if Russia gets involved will Europe get involved? Australia, Canada, and Israel as well?

    NATO would ensure that Europe gets involved. USA would get driven out of Asia and find its trade and communication routes blocked everywhere. India can't invade China. So the enemies of the West would win the military war. If it turns nuclear then no-one wins and you'll end up back in medieval times.
