I had to read it in high school and thought it was okay but not great. I read it again last year and I and still think the same. I think "Tender is the Night" is better.

I first read it when I got a load of books from my grandmother at around 12 years old. I didn't understand it at that time. Years later I read it again and really enjoyed it.
