Can my PC cause my monitor to break ?

I have this pc and i just bought a new monitor because my old monitor just went dead like it has white screen i know the problem is the monitor since when i tried to power it without the pc its still white or dead now i have the same problem woth my new pc but it started with white lines now its dead the same with my old one no display just black screen or white

Anyone knows this problem?

Update:

Basically everytime i have a new monitor with the same pc it slowly breaks until it doesn't display anymore.

I have a new psu 700w

I dont use a separate Graphics card just the built in one with the pc

Everything is new except the processor

    check that the monitor is looking for signal where your PC is supplying it  [monitors are plenty dumb -- the buttons are what changes the input it is looking at].  then replace the cable from the monitor to the computer [borrow correct cable from a friend before buying new].  -- if neither of these is it, take monitors to a friends place and try them with his computer -- if they work, the problem is your graphics card

    Theoretically, a faulty power supply or graphics card could send voltage over a data line in an HDMI or DisplayPort connector and damage the monitor. I've never heard of that happening before, though.
