It depends, if I feel like sleepy regardless of fasting or not, I would always end up having tiredness sometimes i was about to loss controls, but Alhamdollah so far I never made any accident. Probably i need to learn to sleep enough before driving or maybe i should take rest in the middle of my journey a while before continuing.
Usually When i fast, i do have the feelings of tiredness like for a few days, but then i will get used to it.
Actually, I have put on weights about 13.4kg extra within a year. Due to work from Home, I am eating a lot whilst coding and it consumes my energy a lot and asking me to eat more and more. I am getting easily tired with just 78kg So, I think Fasting is the best solution to reduce. I am going to make use of Ramadhan for my both God's sake and my own sake as well.
