They accidentally released a new contagious virus to the world (again), and lied about it on the record. They attempt to censor broadcasts from other nations that criticize their laws and policies. They're known to imprison, torture and kill people who disagree with their government. But they're easily hurt, so don't make any mention of how Covid came from them.
On a classic scale of 1 to 10 for morality, I'd give China a 0.1 at the most.
